Herschel Emulsifier Water Separability Test Apparatus
The water separability apparatus is suitable to measure the water separability of Petroleum Oils and Synthetic Fluids.Fill certain amount of sample and distilled water,stir 5 minutes under certain temperature,record needed time for separation of emulsified liquid.After half hour or one hour,if the emulsified liquid doesn’t separate completely,or the emulsified layers doesn’t reduce 3mL or more,please record the volume of oil layer,water layer and emulsified layer at this moment.
1.It can measure water separability of petroleum oil,synthetic liquid and Herschel emulsifier.
2.This equipment includes stainless steel frame,control box,tank,and the stirring vane can be moved in column up and down.It can display stirring speed digitally.
3.Borosilicate glass tank,depth 300mm,fixed on the stainless steel rack with ceramic coating.
4.Aluminized lid,multi rotation position,can put sample column.One locating device can put the column under the blade of sample stirrer,which can avoid breaking for wrong locating.
5.Micro-computer controller,PID function,digitally display temperature(continuously display during test),accuracy 0.1℃,Pt100 temperature sensor.
