Product Description:

This product is great for the assessment of electrical products, shells and seals in the rain environment. It has been designed scientifically to realistically simulate various ranges of environments such as dripping, drenching, splashing and spraying. It comes equipped with a comprehensive control system and utilizes frequency conversion technology for complete control. This allows the rainfall test specimen frame’s rotary angle, the swing angle of the water spray pendulum and the water spray swing frequency to be adjusted with total precision.

Features:

The inner chamber is made of stainless steel 304, while the outer casing is made of either stainless steel 304 or powder-coated alloy.

The sample table is equipped with a round turntable allowing for adjustment of the speed.

The device also features power overload, short-circuit protection, grounding protection, water shortage protection and alarm signaling to provide a measure of safety.

Technical Parameters:

The inner box material is 304 stainless steel while the outer box material is made with stainless steel. There is a waterproof tempered glass observation window that is used to view the results inside the box. The pendulum angle is IPX3 ±60° along the vertical line, and 120° in total. For IPX4, the pendulum angle moves at ± 180° along the vertical line, and a total of 360°. The pendulum speed for IPX3 is 15 times/minute, and 10 times/minute for IPX4. The diameter of the water spray hole is 0.4mm, and the spacing of each one is 50mm. The turntable speed is adjustable, from 1-10rpm. The flow rate of the water jets is 0.07 L/min with a five percent allowance. The test time is 1~999,999min and is also adjustable. The drenching water pressure is from 80-100Kpa. Finally, the power supply is a single-phase AC220V, 50/60HZ.
