The advanced controller system adopts frequency conversion technology to adjust the rotary angle, swing amplitude and swing frequency of the water spray pendulum. In this way, the movement of the rainfall test frame can be controlled precisely.

Features:

The inner chamber is made of stainless steel 304, and the outer case could be either stainless steel 304 or powder coating.

For the sample table, it is equipped with a round turntable which allows the user to customize the speed.

Also, the device provides the necessary protections to ensured it won’t be damaged, such as power overload protection, short-circuit protection, grounding protection, water shortage protection, and alarm signaling tips.

Technical Parameters:

The inner box of the test fixture is made of 304 stainless steel, while the outer box is made from regular stainless steel. The viewing window is a waterproof tempered glass for safety. The pendulum angle has two modes: IPX3, which is ±60° along the vertical line, and 120° in total; IPX4, which spans ±180° left and right along the vertical line, 360° in total. In IPX3, the pendulum speed is 15 times per minute, and in IPX4 it is 10 times per minute. The water spray hole has a diameter of 0.4mm and its spacing is 50mm apart. The turntable speed is adjustable from 1 to 10rpm. The flow rate of the water jets is 0.07 L/min with a tolerance of 5%. You can also set the test time from 1 to 999,999 minutes. The drenching water pressure is between 80 to 100Kpa. The power supply needed is a single-phase AC220V, 50/60HZ.
