This product is suitable for assessing electrical products under rainy conditions to ensure the good performance of the equipment and components. It utilizesscientific design to accurately simulate different environments and conditions, such as dripping, drenching, splashing, and spraying. A comprehensive control system, coupled with the use of frequency conversion technology, allows us to adjust the rotary angle of the rainfall test frame, the pendulum swing angle of the water spray, along with the frequency of the water spray – all in real time.

Features:

The inner chamber is constructed with stainless steel 304, while the outside casing is either stainless steel 304 or made with a powder coating to ensure its durability.

Additionally, a samples table is equipped with a round turntable that can be adjusted to different speeds.

This device also offers power overload protection, short-circuit protection, grounding protection, water shortage protection and alarm signaling tips as safety features.

Technical Parameters:

The inner box is made of 304 stainless steel,while the outer box material is stainless steel. The observation window is waterproof tempered glass. For pendulum angle, IPX3 has an angle of ±60° along the vertical line, 120° in total. IPX4, on the other hand, has left and right along the vertical line ± 180 °, a total of 360 °. The pendulum speed is IP3 15 times / min, and IP4 10 times / min. Not to mention, the diameter of water spray hole is Diameter: 0.4mm, and the spacing of water jet holes is 50mm.
