TUV Rheinland (India) Pvt. Ltd Bangalore branch bought our machine on the ending of May via LC payment terms, it took us more than two months finished it, and then delivered it by air, totally ten plywood boxes.
We went there on 5thSeptember, unpack these boxes, TUV had built test room, we also discussed the parameters, test method and etc. Prashanth G S and Kamalaksha CS are in charge of this item, they also gave some suggestions to us.
We did some test in the next few days, includes adjust flow rate, modify software, amend flame direction and etc. We also spent some days to meet other customers in other cities after finished work in TUV. They appreciate our after-sale service, and maybe their Shanghai branch also will purchase this machine from us.
