Features:

The inner chamber of the product is crafted with stainless steel 304, and the outer casing is constructed with either stainless steel 304 or powder coating material.

The sample table is equipped with a round rotating disk which is adjustable in regard to its speed.

Drip Box Technical Specifications:

The drip box is comprised of two main parts, an inner and outer box. The inner box material consists of 304 stainless steel and the outer box is made of stainless steel. In between these two parts is a waterproof tempered glass observation window.

The pendulum angle is adjustable depending on the IPX. For the IPX3, the pendulum angle can reach up to ±60° along a vertical line, totalling in 120°. For the IPX4, the pendulum can reach left and right along the vertical line to add up to a total of ±180° for a total of 360°.

The pendulum speed is also adjustable depending on the IPX. For the IPX3, 15 times per minute can be reached, and for the IPX4, 10 times per minute can be reached. The diameter of the water spray hole measures 0.4mm, and the spacing between the water jet holes measures 50mm. The turntable speed can range from 1-10rpm and the flow rate of water jets measures 0.07 L/min (+5%).

The test time is also adjustable, ranging from 1-999,999 minutes. The drenching water pressure is adjustable between 80-100Kpa and the power supply for this device is single-phase AC220V, 50/60HZ.
