YY-1HP Air-Cooled Laser Water Chiller Overview

The YY-1HP air-cooled laser chiller is engineered to solve this problem. It continuously outputs stable cooling power up to 3.1kW while keeping power consumption low at 1.21kW.

Unlike water-cooled chillers that rely on cooling towers, the air-cooled structure is less affected by water quality and will not be blocked by scale, reducing later maintenance work. The circulating water loop keeps the laser cavity and optical parts within the required temperature range. The control panel features clear interfaces so operators can read running data at a glance. Multiple safety interlocks can cut off the refrigeration system in emergency situations to avoid secondary damage. The sturdy cabinet with dense heat dissipation holes optimizes air convection. Customized changes such as different water connectors, longer pipelines or special voltage configurations are available. Every unit runs an aging test before packing to ensure adaptability for 24-hour continuous operation.
