Scope:

The Building materials and products Calorific Value Testing apparatus is suitable for testing the calorific value of building materials in a constant heat capacity oxygen bomb calorimeter, including total calorific value and net calorific value of combustion.

Specifications:

1. Calorimetric bomb

a. Capacity: (300 ± 50) mL

2. Calorimeter

a. The outer cylinder of the calorimeter is a double-layered container with a heat-insulating cover. The inner and outer walls are filled with heat-insulating material, the outer tube is filled with water, the inner wall of the outer wall and the calorimeter are surrounded by 10 mm, and the bullet is supported by the three points with the smallest contact area.

b. Calorimeter inner cylinder: is a polished metal container used to hold the oxygen bomb, which can completely invade the oxygen bomb. The inner cylinder automatic water injection device, if the test water is lacking, the equipment is automatically replenished, the volume is 2200ml.

3. Stirrer: Driven by a constant speed motor to avoid heat transfer from the calorimeter. The stirrer shaft is separated from the outer lid and the outer tub by quality inspection. The magnetic stirrer with the same performance is used. Stirring Power: 3W; stirring speed inner cylinder: 375r/min.
