Feature:
1. Adopt automatic design scheme, cooperate with PID temperature controller and thyristor technology, adjust the furnace body temperature and stabilize the furnace body temperature through reasonable switching between the temperature controller and the power controller;
2. The entire temperature balance mode has been improved and optimized without manual intervention by the user. It can be automatically switched from the PID temperature control mode to the power control mode, which not only controls the temperature reasonably but also strictly meets the test standards;
3. Heat the radiant furnace to 750±5 degrees through the resistance tape wound on the outer wall of the radiant tube, and test the sample through thermal radiation. The resistance tape we provide has a longer service life.
4. In the non-combustible building material furnace, place thermocouples in the furnace, in the center of the sample, and on the surface of the sample respectively. The thermocouples are American OMEGA products and have a longer service life. The temperature of these three points is monitored separately, and the following indicators can be detected: The average temperature rise in the furnace, the average temperature rise on the surface of the sample, and the average temperature rise in the center of the sample;
5. Equipped with a thermocouple in the furnace, the temperature in the furnace can be calibrated according to the test standard. The test device is equipped with a measuring tool that moves up and down to adjust the thermocouple in the furnace to the required height; at the same time, in computer software, the average value of each point can be calculated to obtain a standard temperature curve.
6. Equipped with a 360-degree rotatable and liftable thermocouple scanning device, which can calibrate the furnace wall temperature, and equipped with testing software to detect whether the furnace wall temperature meets the standard requirements;
7. The stainless steel inverted conical air stabilizer and the cylindrical shroud are all treated with Teflon to avoid the corrosion of the test flue gas;
8. The heating rate is controlled by the test software, and the temperature of the furnace body can be controlled in stages so that the radiation furnace has a longer test life;
9. The data acquisition and analysis software can automatically output the test report through the computer.
