The ASTM E119 Laboratory Vertical Fire Resistance Test Furnace for Building Construction and Materials is a comprehensive testing system comprising a fire test furnace, control cabinet, gas system, purification system, sample test stand, gas flow measurement system, temperature measurement system, and pressure measurement and control system.
Applications
This fire resistance testing equipment is designed for evaluating sheet metal structural components and determining fire resistance characteristics under standard fire conditions. The system tests frame doors, non-frame doors, rolling shutter doors, fireproof glass, and similar building elements. The test methods apply to masonry unit assemblies and composite structural material assemblies for buildings, including loadbearing walls, partitions, columns, girders, beams, slabs, and composite floor/roof assemblies. The system features an intuitive LabView operation interface with real-time measurement display, dynamic curve plotting, permanent data storage, and direct report printing capabilities.
