YYE-012 UV Accelerated Weathering Tester, Environmental Testing Apparatus

The YYE-012 UV Accelerated Weathering Tester is designed for sunlight resistance testing of nonmetallic materials and aging testing of artificial light sources. This environmental testing apparatus enables reliability testing for various industrial products.

Product Overview

SUS 304 Steel UVB Accelerated Weathering Testing Chambers simulate product exposure to sun, rain, humidity, and dew conditions. The chamber replicates damage caused by environmental factors including bleaching, color fading, brightness reduction, powdering, cracking, blurring, brittleness, strength degradation, and oxidation.

Chamber Construction

Inner chamber constructed with imported high-class stainless steel plate
Outer chamber made of SUS 304 steel plate
Heating system utilizes inner chamber trough-type heating for rapid temperature rise and even distribution

Control System Features

Black aluminum plate connects temperature sensor with black board temperature meter for stable temperature control
Fixed radiometer probe eliminates frequent installation and disassembly
Special UV irradiatometer provides high-precision radiation measurement and display
Radiation intensity not exceeding 50W/m²
Independent or alternating control of illumination and condensation cycles

Test Specimen Mounting

Standard test specimen holder accommodates 48 panels of 75×150mm and 15 panels of 100×300mm. Test panels form the actual side wall of the chamber. Proper chamber sealing requires all panel holders to be filled with specimens or blank panels.
