This Plastic Ignition Temperature Test Apparatus determines the minimum temperature at which plastics generate ignitable gases and sustain combustion. Samples undergo controlled heating in the furnace, decomposing to release combustible vapors that are ignited by an external flame for specified durations. The recorded ignition temperature enables accurate fire risk assessment and ranking of various polymer materials. Compliant with ASTM D1929, GB/T 4610, GB/T 9343, and ISO 871 standards.
