This maximum service temperature test apparatus is professionally engineered to evaluate the high-temperature performance of diverse thermal insulation products under their maximum working temperature condition. It supports testing loose-fill insulation, insulation blanket, insulation block, flat insulation board and prefabricated insulating pipe shells.

The system consists of a hot plate test unit, heating tube test unit, PLC temperature acquisition module, industrial control computer and supporting test software. It can run continuous temperature rise tests, record real-time temperature data and generate complete test reports automatically. This tester complies with ISO 8142, GB/T 17430, ASTM C411 and ASTM C447 standards, satisfying both domestic and international inspection requirements for thermal insulation materials.
