It supports loose insulation, blanket, block, plate, and prefabricated insulating tube shell samples. Equipped with a SUS304 heating plate and three sizes of heating tubes, a PLC plus computer control system, and a high-precision thermocouple measuring system, it enables real-time temperature curve display, timed data collection, and automatic test report output. The machine complies with ISO 8142, GB/T 17430, ASTM C411, and ASTM C447 standards for high-temperature performance testing of thermal insulation materials.
